SSC CHSL Tier 1 Examination was conducted from 2nd July to th July 2019. Staff Selection Commission is recruiting for 5,789 open vacancies for the post of LDC (Lower Division Clerk), JSA, PA, SA & DEO.

  • SSC CHSL Result for Tier 1 will be declared on th September 2019 on the Official Staff Selection Commission Website.
  • The Tier 1 CHSL(Combined Higher Secondary Level) Exam was conducted in a total of 25 shifts in 146 cities.
  • A total of 29.68 Lakh candidates registered for the CHSL Tier 1 examination & 13.17 Lakh candidates appeared for the exam.

What Happens After SSC CHSL Tier 1 Result?

Candidates who clear the SSC CHSL Tier 1 exam will go through the following stages:-

  1. Tier 2:Written Exam
  2. Tier 3:Skill Test

SSC CHSL Tier 2 Exam

The Tier 2 exam will be conducted offline in 60 minutes and will be for 100 marks. The following are the key points of the Stage 2 SSC CHSL Exam.

  • The 2nd Tier tests the candidate’s writing skills & creative thinking.
  • The mode of the exam is Written (Pen and Paper).
  • Minimum qualifying marks in this Tier is 33%.
  • The word limit for the essay will be around 200-250 words.
  • Word Limit for the Letter would be approximately 150-200 words.
  • This section is fairly simple. The candidate is expected to write on popular topics.
  • The candidates can choose if they want to write in English or Hindi language.

SSC CHSL Tier 3

The Tier 3 exam is a Skill Test/Typing Test The following are the key points of the Stage 3 SSC CHSL.

  • The Skill Test is a Qualifying Exam Only.
  • Candidates have to qualify the test at the required speed on Computer decided by the officials of Commission.
  • Only the students who have cleared Tier 1 and Tier 2 can appear for the Tier 3 exam.

SSC CHSL Cut Off

Check the SSC CHSL Cut Off Marks for Tier 1 Exam. SSC takes into account the following points:-

  1. The maximum marks that a candidate can get in the Tier 1 paper is 200.
  2. There is no sectional cut off for Tier 1.

The CHSL Tier 1 Cut Off is expected to be high due to lakhs of students appearing for the exam.
